EMRPS Grid Charter

In order to catch the grid on something other than a rake of continental coaches the and also helping to raise some money for the railway and locomotive. The EMRPS organised a photo charter on the Nene Valley Railway using the loco and a set of engineers wagons.
A good day was had by all with spirits not being downed by the lack of any sun. A large sum of money was raised for the railway and loco funds.

As is quite obvious from the shots people were walking all over the track and we in close quarters to the loco during the charter. The line was under full possession and the loco crewe were being given instructions from our group. These locations are not generally available to the public.

		Of course not everyone was interested in the loco

		Roger reconnects the coach to the train so we can get on the move again

		Emerging from under the London Road Bridge the grid eases round the bend

		56057 eases into Orton Mere Station
